Annual General Meeting (AGM)
The Institute of Directors invites you to attend our Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Wednesday, 3 July 2024 at 16:00. The meeting will be held in person at 116 Pall Mall, London, SW1Y 5ED and virtually. Following the AGM will be networking with drinks & canapes.
To secure your space at the event, please book your free place via the bright pink button which will take you to the Eventbrite booking platform. There is no fee to attend.
During the AGM, members will consider and, if thought fit, pass the following resolutions:
- Receive and consider the Annual Report and Accounts 2023
- Reappointment of RSM UK LLP as auditors
- Reappointment of Council members
Attendance and voting:
- Members in the Associate, Member and Fellow categories are entitled to attend and vote.
- You can attend in person, electronically, or by appointing a proxy.
- The deadline to register for virtual attendance and voting is 28 June 2024 at 16:00.
- Following the AGM will be networking with drinks & canapes (in-person only). Business updates from the IoD will accompany the networking.
